Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. In the HaskeHub app: Settings → Delete my account.
2. On the web: sign in at haskehub.com, come back to this page, enter your password and confirm.
3. Can’t sign in? Email support@haskehub.com from the email address or phone number on the account, and we’ll delete it for you.

What is deleted

Straight away: your name, phone number, email and password; your profile, bio, social handles, photos and portfolio; messages you sent; and every sign-in session. Your profile stops appearing in search and you are signed out everywhere.

What is kept

Ratings, statuses and dates of past introductions and campaigns stay for whoever you dealt with, shown as “Deleted user” with nothing that identifies you. Backups that still contain your data are deleted within 90 days.
