What we collect, and what we don’t.

HaskeHub runs on a short list of data, kept for a plain reason each time. This page says what that list is, who else ever sees it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 7 October 2026.

The short version

No payments. No ad trackers. Two processors.

HaskeHub never holds or moves money — what a shoot costs and how it’s paid is between the brand and the creator directly, so we have no card, mobile money, or bank data to protect in the first place. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Two outside companies touch your data: Arkesel, Ghana’s SMS gateway, which delivers the one-time codes we send you, and Smile ID, which checks a creator’s Ghana Card if they choose to verify their ID.

What we collect

Tied to an account you chose to create.

Your phone number

Your phone number is your account identity — it’s how you sign in and how we deliver a one-time code. We store it, and a bcrypt hash of your password if you set one. We never store your password itself.

One-time codes

When we send a code — to sign in, verify a number, reset a password, or change one — the code and your phone number pass through Arkesel to reach your handset. Arkesel processes that message on our behalf; it isn’t ours to use for anything else, and we don’t use it for anything else either.

Your Ghana Card, if you verify your ID

Only if you choose to verify your ID as a creator: your Ghana Card number and the names printed on it go to Smile ID, which checks them against the National Identification Authority’s registry and tells us whether they match. We keep the last four digits of the card and a one-way code that stops one card verifying two accounts, never the full number, and none of the registry’s copy of you beyond the result.

A creator profile

Display name, bio, town, the niches you work in, social handles, portfolio media you upload, and the follower or engagement figures you add. A figure you mark as screenshot- or platform-verified carries that evidence tier on the profile so a brand can tell it apart from a self-reported number. Your handles stay private until you accept a specific brand’s introduction — they are never public inventory.

A brand profile

Company name, industry, an about section, website, town, and whatever verification status ops has assigned it.

Introductions and campaigns

The message, proposed fee, and deliverables in a campaign or contact request. Contact details are only revealed to the other side once a request is accepted — never before.

Session data

A hashed refresh token and a truncated device/browser identifier, so you can see and sign out of your own active sessions.

Signing in another way

Google and Apple sign-in: built, not switched on.

The option to sign in with a Google or Apple account exists in HaskeHub’s code, but it is not currently active on the live product — no account created today goes through either of them. If we turn it on, this page will say so before it ships, and will name exactly what those providers share with us.

Why we collect it

Nothing here is for sale.

We use your data to run the account you asked for: to authenticate you, to show your profile to the people your privacy settings allow, to route an introduction or campaign to the right inbox, and to let ops review a report or a verification claim. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it with advertisers — there is no advertising product on HaskeHub for it to feed.

Retention & deletion

Kept while your account is; gone when you delete it.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app under Settings → Delete my account, or on the web at haskehub.com/account/delete. You are signed out everywhere, and your name, bio, photos and social handles are erased straight away. Records of past introductions and campaigns stay for the person you dealt with, without your name on them. If you can’t sign in, email support@haskehub.com from the number or address on the account and we’ll do it for you.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@haskehub.com. Most profile fields you can already edit yourself from your account settings without waiting on us.

Children

HaskeHub is for 18 and over.

HaskeHub is a business-to-business and creator-to-brand platform and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has an account, email support@haskehub.com and we’ll remove it.

Security

Hashed, not stored in the clear.

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and never stored or logged in plain text. Sessions use short-lived access tokens plus a hashed refresh token you can revoke. Uploaded media is stored on HaskeHub’s own infrastructure, not handed to a third-party host.

Changes

We’ll date this page when it changes.

If what we collect or how we use it changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. For anything material — like turning on a new sign-in provider or a new processor — we’ll say so here first.
